At first, everything fit well and did the job like it was supposed to, so I was happy with it. But after a couple of seasons, a few parts started to rust and loosen up. I’m not saying it’s awful, but for something people are spending their money on in good faith, it feels fair to expect it to last a little longer.

I put it on my RZR and it matched up just fine. You can tell quickly it fits the way it should, so no complaints from me.

so, the exchange process ended up taking way longer than I expected, and when I reached out to support, they didn’t really do much to help. Frustrating overall.

I checked my email receipt to make sure I was remembering the price right, and for what I paid, it’s okay. It does the job, but the materials feel a little cheaper than I expected. I just wish it felt sturdier

I have to give credit where it’s due, the staff were really helpful and clearly knew what they were talking about. They took the time to help me pick the right parts without making me feel rushed or pushed into anything.

I ordered from SuperATV and had a good experience. I’m probably a little biased toward any company that actually keeps me in the loop, but I appreciated getting emails when my order was placed, shipped, and when the status changed. The cargo box fits okay and gives me the extra storage I needed, but I’m a little disappointed overall. It rattles more than I expected while driving, and the latches feel like they could be sturdier. It’s usable, just not as solid as I hoped.

They got back to me fast and sent out a replacement without making me jump through a bunch of hoops. If anyone else runs into a similar problem, I’d say go ahead and reach out to them sooner rather than later, it was handled way better than I expected.

I put the SuperATV shocks on my side-by-side last month, the ride feels so much smoother now. The smaller bumps and rough spots don’t beat me up nearly as much as they used to.
I took it out for a 4-hour trail ride and my back wasn’t sore afterward, which is a big win for me. Install was straightforward too, so I’d definitely recommend them if your current setup feels a little too rough.

I was kind of expecting the usual little mismatch between the listing and what shows up, but everything in the specs was accurate, the product looked and worked like it was supposed to, and there were no weird surprises when I opened it.

I’ve ordered from these guys a few times now and never really worry about it. Their reputation seems solid, and in my experience they’ve been reliable every time. Funny enough, I was just talking to a friend about how rare that feels these days, right before we got completely sidetracked talking about coffee makers. Anyway, no complaints here, I’d order from them again.

They did end up fixing my issue, but it took way longer than I expected, haha. Glad it’s resolved now, just wish it had been handled sooner...

My order showed up quickly, so I’ll give them that, lol. But the packaging wasn’t the best, the box was thin and arrived half crushed, which didn’t exactly inspire confidence.
The parts seem usable overall, but one bracket had some scuffs and the hardware bag was just loose inside the box. For what this stuff costs, I feel like they could pack it a little more carefully
